The guy is entertaining as hell, no one denies that. I personally think he's real funny. The question however, is how that personality translates in the locker room. If you were a professional athlete, would you rather have a clown or demure pro responsible for your team's future? ^ I'd imagine that depends on results. If results are or turn poor, mutiny ensues. If not, everyone stays happy.
