Leave Swayne alone!!! He got that TD pass in the Titans game. Do you still have that Chrebet jersey I sold you Aby? That was one of my first posts.
It's not about needing a jersey to feel unique, you misread the post as a whole, it's simply having a different jersey. Whether one "feels unique" because of the jersey they have on is up to them, I just think it's cool to have one that few others do.
I wouldnt mind owning a D brick jersey..biout how bout a Mangold jersey instead? He was one of my fav. players in college and was thrilld when we drafted him!
I had a Mawae jersey, I loved the guy, I also might get a Mangold jersey, D'Brick I could get in the near future.
I am with you 100% Big Country. I have a Mawae jersey as well, and I am back and forth between these two and possibly a Schlegel jersey if he looks like he could be a fixture. Gotta get something new this year, but I will probably wait until TC at the earliest to buy one.
I wouldn't buy a D'Brickashaw jersey only because Center is the only lineman jersey I like to wear. If all goes well and Mangold has a solid season, after the '06 campaign, his jersey might replace my Mawae. In turn, I will wrap the Mawae in plastic, preserving it as a throwback to be used in approx. 10 years. :breakdance:
Go for it Dino. Be original. I felt cool walking around school wearing my Nugent and McCariens jersey. I still can't believe I bought a Ty Law Jets jersey though. Oh well, I have it for the memories I guess. When I go to Jet Fest this year, I'll wind up getting a Clemens or Fergunson jersey probably...
Well right now I'm also looking at Authentic Notre Dame jerseys. Quinns number. I'm not sure what I'll get.
If you're getting a Notre Dame jersey, you might want to check out Darius Walker... he's got another years after Quinn leaves so it'll be current longer. But this will be Quinn's last year, then a stopgap QB, then CLAUSEN!!!
The bigger question is, would D'Brickashaw Ferguson buy a jetophile jersey? If I was the bettin' type, I'd say yes, hands down. Otherwise I'd have to push his face in, and ain't nothing uglier than a midget beating up a 300 lb. slob.
