The pass to Braylon may be the prettiest I've ever seen

The Holmes game winner was sweet as well. He dropped it right into Holmes' hands.

It's amazing how much his touch pass is coming along now.

It was amazing being at that game and hearing how loud it was with half the stadium empty.

I rewatched the game on TV and it's definitely the loudest I've heard this season....pretty ridiculous for half the stands.

Yes this was an Amazing throw. and I don't mean to be a downer. But are we that quick to forget about the two deep balls that Sanchez overthrew this game to open receivers?

There was really nothing memorable about the overthrows. Deep passes are low percentage by nature and are often off target. Do you expect fans to dwell on missed passes early in the game as if they somehow diminish the perfect pass to setup the game winning touchdown?

Who is forgetting them? We know he isn't perfect yet, that was expected coming into the season. He makes plays when he needs to make plays and that makes it a lot easier to forgive the passes that he does miss

I mean even Peyton and Brady miss the occasional deep ball but it doesn't matter because they make up for it.

No, but at least he's overthrowing and giving the corner the lowest possible chance of a pick.

or giving 6'3 Braylon edwards the lowest possible chance of making a play on the ball and going up to get it. That's what I'd like to see.

The point itself isn't awful. 55% completion percentage needs to improve. Presenting in such a negative way in a thread for us to see one of the best plays of his young career is just a dumb move and asking for people to jump all over it.

I don't think you'll really see the completion percentage increase significantly with the down field passing though. I agree that completion percentage is where he could improve the most, but mostly with the short to intermediate stuff. He's one of the better down field passers in the league already.

You know, Mike Vick missed an open receiver down field Sunday night against the Giants.

I still can't sleep over it. I mean, he evaded pressure, and had a guy wide open, and missed it.

I think I need therapy. I gotta let someone know this demon won't release itself from my inner being. He must be stopped!

I cannot live a life in fear of an overthrow! I am stronger than this and I will overcome!

Dude, STFU with your downer shit. You don't know football.

You don't mean to be a downer? You've been trying to be a downer since the moment you created your TGG account and decided to use the extensive imagination of a poodle with Down's syndrome and name yourself 'Cynic'.

You fail miserably, by the way. That thread before the end of the game was beautiful, thank you for being that guy that wanted to get a jump on the reactionary nonsense threads and looking like a moron for your efforts.

I was wondering what happened to you. For the last few months your posts have been rather ordinary.

I was going apeshit... that throw was amazing. It's the kind of a guy like Manning or Brees make. Now I'm not putting Sanchez in that elite company but you can see that based on his efforts the last 3 weeks it's possible he could get to that status and why the Jets loved him so much.

What is even better then the throw was the way he handled himself and orchestrated that entire drive. He was calm, collected and made some great plays. Don't forget the 3rd and 5 play to LT which got us to Mid Field. The guy has the tools and the ability to be a great QB and we all saw why on Sunday.
