Although these tight games have been similar to the old jet games in which they would lose, there is one difference and its obvious. They win. All the same feelings of a SOJ game, but you actually feel good after the game. Its been a fun season so far and its going to be a fun december when things get real tight. Not much people giving us credit, I keep hearing way too many apologies for us being 7-2, you never see this kind of talk with any other team.
    but hey, who cares.

I officially believe I will suffer a stroke before seasons end if the games keep going the way they are going!

In 2008 and 2009 we lost games just like this (@ Oakland in 2008, vs Buffalo in 2009)

this is definitely a refreshing situation. a TON of fun to watch and getting clutch wins even though we didnt play very well. these are the games that so many times in the past have been lost.

i have a tremendous amount of respect for rex ryan and what he is doing here. while he will occasionally annoy me with certain pieces of his personality the guy is pretty top notch and i wouldnt want anyone else right now to lead this team. from hard knocks through this season and into the past week he has grown on me tremendously.

While this new idea of winning these thrilling games two weeks in a row, we should all not have a stroke about it if we happen to lose one. It's bound to happen....

It's great to be winning games when we are not playing very well.

I"d prefer it if we were winning games AND playing well.

Wonder how many Jets fans would start to cry tears of joy if we won the super bowl this year.

    Same.

This is the only sports team I am emotionally attached too. I root for specific teams in other sports but if they won a championship it would just be a reason for me to party. The Jets winning it all is indescribable to me.

Yeah, IMO there's nothing like being a die hard fan of an NFL team.

I'd be so happy if that happened....the last 42 years of SOJ would erased for another 42 years.

I have been a very passionate fan of the Jets, Mets and Rangers over the past 46 years

Ranger passion has diminished all around since the '94 Cup victory

Being a Mets fan has been very depressing since the Yankees seem to have permanentley relegated the Mets to 2nd place status, which was not the case before '96

But the Jets... the Jets inspire incredible passion. When they win, there is incredible interest...When they lose, they are still relevant.

My feelings for the Jets are very intense. I am not a normal person when I watch a Jets game...and I'm sure I'm not alone (although I'm much worse at home than at the Stadium!)

I think I would I'd shed a tear if they won, but to tell you the truth, I'd rather have years of sustained excellence than one isolated Super Bowl appearance ( like Atlanta, Tennessee, Tampa Bay, Carolina, Seattle & Arizona) even if they do win.

I turned 21 this summer so I fully support a TGG party post superbowl victory. It will be followed by my funeral after I drink myself into oblivion.

Would definitely be up for a board party. Just the thought of a Canyon of Hero's Parade.. Oh I'd cry tears of joy like a baby, quickly followed up with excessive puking from an alcohol induced coma.
