Coming off a demoralizing loss, I think that the Jets will play their best game of the year. The Lions are a serious team, and I am sure that Rex and Co. realize this. I want to see 50+ running plays, regardless of how many are in the box. If Greene is to have a breakout day, straight pummeling people, then this is it. I feel great about this game.
I think the game will be a lot closer than people think - Detroit can pressure you with 4 and their passing offense is pretty damn good. I still like the Jets though.
The Lions are not that good, geez has a 2-5 team ever been overrated? Well, this team is. Come on, our defense does not have bad games, that's the one thing we can count on. The Lions strentgh is there pass rush, we have the offensive line in Football, game over!!!! We just need to play a conservative, don't beat yourself type game. No reason to take any chances, just get a W and get out of there.
That Suh scares me, I can see him gettin in there, maybe schottenheimer will find a way to exploit their rush with some passes to flat to LT.
