Since there's been so many polls with hypothetical situations, I thought I would head over to the negative side.

I went Mitchell. As bad a receiver as Brady was, he could at least block very well.

Brady played in the NFL a long time because he could block, he just didn't need to be drafted by us where he was. Mitchell was a waste of time except for a game or two.

Brady wasn't a flashy pass catching TE like Mitchell but he could block really well. He was a very good player for us.

The biggest problems with Brady were:

    1. Not Warren Sapp

    2. Ditched us for the Jaguars when his rookie contract was up.

Brady, because he should have been Warren Sapp.

My vote goes to Keller. He hasn't had a catch in a week now.

Tooo Easy Johnny Mitchell, at least Brady could block a little. He just had concrete hands.

Dishonorable mention, Keith Byers for that fumble in the playoffs.

I think the beauty of this discussion is we used first round picks on both of them--at the same position, two years apart. If you're drafting a blueprint of how to set up a 1-15 season, this is definitely on it.
