I wouldn't include Coles in that group. Every time Cimini quoted an anonymous voice of dissent in the locker room, people here were quick to assume it was Coles, and they would bash him for it.
I think one of Rex's greatest gifts is his ability to be so brash, confident, and cocky...and somehow appear to be genuinely humble, complementary, and considerate at the same time! He's like the ultimate father figure. It's easy to see why this team loves to play for him.
I love that Rex is an actual, no apologies, no excuses, no feewings hurt, MAN. In this day and age of not wanting to offend any limp-wristed, crybaby, pantywaste douchebag, it's great to have a coach that is a MAN. Not a man like that beady-eyed, sneaky looking, "I'd fuck you over in a minute if it helped me" looking Belichump. I'm talking a John Wayne, kick-some-ass, don't-give me bullshit-excuses, give me results and do your freaking job" MAN. So America, take your "he's too brash, he's too out-spoken, he's to crass" crap and shove it. He's a damn good coach and this is still the N-Fuckin'-L. And no, I'm not sorry if this offends anyone. Now let's go have a Goddamn snack.
