Tanny needs to announce that he is "very disappointed" in Ed.

If I was Fireman Ed, I would've flipped the faggot over the rail. Now THAT would've merited an assault charge.

Ed is not starting against the Vikings it's up to the big screens whether or not he'll get any cheering time.

If it were reversed, nobody would give a shit because far worse things happen at ballgames than that. Fireman Ed should be able to have his space, just as every other fan should. That guy got up in his space and tried to interfere with a tradition that has gone on for a long time. He deserved to be shoved. Maybe not kicked out of the game, but you gotta let Ed do his thing at his home stadium.

Exactly. It's not like the guy was minding his own business. He went out of the way into a spot where he does not sit, to if nothing, cause trouble.

As stated, the judge will throw this out and what a waste of taxpayer money.

What a crock, Fireman Ed actually moved out of the way, but the guy got back in front of him. What's even more disturbing than a Lawyer even filing a case is a Judge agreeing that there may me a case in the first place.

    It's all bull shit!

I dont know if you have the same concept over there but if he had done that here the Giant's fan would probalby have been arrested for disturbing the peace - i.e. unsettling of proper order in a public space through one's actions. its what police use an excuse a lot of the time to get troublemakers out of football stadiums before it all kicks off.

Breach of the Peach in Scotland, such a good crime because it basically has no definition.

f the pussy gman comes on down, I hope if there is a next time he gets his ass handed to him. the gmen continue to amaze with their mass of stupidity sue over this what the fuck is he smoking. was he hurt?nope he walked away. If he was thrown out then it has to do with the stadium not Ed. All I can say is shame on him shame on NJ for proceeding on this. I bet the people persecuting this are all giant fans and feelings are hurt.

If what happened in SD is any indication, then the Jet fan would be charged and the Giant fan gets a pass. Sounds like Giant fan has some bills he needs cleared up and FE is the easiest path to get there.

I think Fireman Ed should dress but not start for the Miami game.

Obviously none of you guys excusing Fireman Ed's behavior have ever been assaulted. One of my best friends was assaulted and is in a wheelchair for life. Of course Ed just shoved the guy, but it could have been alot worse. Shoving anyone is an assault, and any assault is just as bad as any others because he could have killed that guy. I hope the Jets revoke Ed's tickets even before the judge gets to hear this case because he coulld have really hurt that guy. I think revoking his tickets for ten years would be appropriate.

And of course Ed embarrassed the whole organization, and the Jets need to revoke his tickets to take a stand against all this frat boy behavior. Make an example of Ed, and maybe Eric Smith will stop drawing personal fouls.
