I guess not. He looked like he was in fine shape during both games while he was playing. His leg just gave out on him after awhile.
Eat a cock dude. I personally loved the dance and the taunt. Who knows how much jarring the two of them had with each other during the game. Either way, he made Butler his bitch....twice.
I did not believe that based on the first 6 quarters of the season that Cro had any hope of covering Moss the way he did in the second half...
It was odd. When it was 21-14, I went on my laptop and stopped paying attention to a couple of plays because I felt so comfortable that the win was in the bag. I don't remember much of the 4th quarter minus Keller's TD and Taylor's strip sack. I don't ever recall being that calm during a game against the Pats. A new era is born.
funny enough, i was so hungover from Saturday night I was throwing up during the 1PM games and napped an hr before the Jets game. I woke up right in time for the game, and fell back asleep during the shitty SNF game. I still felt queasy during the game, but that 4th quarter I couldn't believe how I felt. I wasn't timing Sanchez in my head when he dropped back, I wasn't watching the defensive formations, I was just like "meh, they'll be fine, they got this." I have a feeling i'll be doing that a lot this year.
Weird. I know there are a lot of Jets fans like me who are almost always waiting for the other shoe to drop and the worst to happen, but I was also oddly calm when they took the 21-14 lead. It's a very cool feeling.
Understandable considering yesterday was the first time in a while when the Offense just looked like they can march down the field at will, and it's not like they were playing a JV team.
He looks a bit out of condition to me in other ways too. He has a little extra fat on his face. I wouldn't be surprised if he's 5 pounds above his normal playing weight. Camp definitely takes a few pounds off because of the consistent two-a-days which burn a lot of calories. I doubt he got that kind of exercise on his own.
Yeah, I know. It was weird. It's a great feeling, but it could nonetheless take some getting used to.
dude, Revis looked fantastic while he was in. Got burnt by a top 3 receiver once, and it was the play he got hurt on. He'll be fine in a couple weeks.
ESPN says he's fine. It was a hyperextension, but he's not even wearing a brace. That was a relief to hear.
BE doing the Dougie dance was hysterical, I thought it was awesome. It was bad sportsmanship, yes.. but it's not like these two teams are fond of one another.
I was convinced we'd lose the game long before Revis went out. I thought after having like 3 offensive plays into the 2nd quarter was a sign that we were headed for disaster. Revis going out fortified this "team" as the guys filling in stepped it up and banned together to take this game over.Like Rex said in his presser, this was a true team win. Devito is a real under the radar guy who is turning into a real solid player for us, along with Pouha.Jenkins going down is of course a big blow but these guys are helping us get over it. The thing I want to see is consistency. Win this coming week against Miami and I think we may have something here.
