Please do! watch the clown holding the marker step back a yard or 2 to get out of the way I guess? Isn't your job to stand there so the receiver sees where the first down is?
All I see is that the chain crew man moved back to avoid getting hit by Keller. Keller should be paying attention to the marker not the chain crew man.
Honestly it was a very lack luster effort by Keller. It was a microcosm of the offensive effort we put forth.
did anyone else see that shit in slow motion? like "this guy is running out of bounds short of the marker........ what are you doing .... WAIT"
I can agree with this to an extent. Keller needs to know where he is, but that play combined with the rest of the offense still funnels the blame back to the CS. Schottenheimer has a lot to atone for regarding this game.
6) Greene's dropped pass on 2nd-and-4 in Ravens territory. Kid has to make that catch. Especially after the fumbles. I didn't agree with the play call in the 1st place, but if he makes the catch we're looking at a new set of downs there.
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=300913020 it's true. The guy who held the marker moved backwards and Keller made sure to get past him, and didn't know that first down was a yard further. This is unbelievable.
the last pass to keller shows what could have happened had we attempted to throw the ball more then 5 yards. fucking pussy football all day long.

Exactly. Like they were going to get much closer anyways. And actually, if they would have squeaked out a win, that might have been worse in the long run.
Not going for it on 4th and 1. I though Rex said this team was built to run it up their asses. But instead they ran away by kickng the FG
We've had this dance before. Everyone thinks Schottenheimer should be fired until the last 3-4 weeks of the regular season. I'll agree that something needs to change now, and his lack of ability to learn on the fly seems to qualify Schottenheimer for that right now. I'll give him a week or two to get his head straight but he has a hole to dig himself out of to start the season.
Speaking of the Atlanta loss, I found this game pretty similar in that a play here or there would have changed everything, and that the blame seems to fall on whoever failed last.
