Which stretch of our regular season is going to be the most critical this year?

Easily the first four weeks.

 

Sanchez handled having much of the playbook publicly restricted from him last season, he handled all of the talk about how he should be benched, and he handled all of the talk about how the Jets were gifted a spot in the playoffs.

I suspect that he's a little more mentally tough than you think.

 

Yeah that play always comes to mind when we play them, it drove me nuts, we were an 11-5 team that got stuck with a 10-6 record, we still did well that year but I've only been a fan for 11 years and 10-6 is the best record I've seen. It's a weird thing to be annoyed about but yeah, I wanna see more then 10 wins!

 

First five weeks, without a doubt. I'd say the whole schedule is tough, but I feel like I say that every year. :smile:

 

Weeks 1-22. Very important that we perform at our best.

 

I agree with most of the posts that the first four weeks are very important... But, I think it would be a mistake to overlook the middle strechs, because pending how our first four weeks go this will be the time to create seperation or making up some ground.

 

If we start out 6-0 then we have a good shot to make the playoffs, I'd say.
