The Jets all-time record is 340-408-8 (756 games), the Dolphins is 387-281-4 (672 games); more than five 16-game seasons difference in games played. If the Jets were to go 16-0 over the next 8.5 years (136 games), they would become 476-408-8. If the Dolphins were to go 0-16 over those same 8.5 seasons, they would become 387-417-4. Good math on a completely irrelevant point though.

Ok well I'm new but it seems to me to be silly to get so worked up over a game. The last time I saw the kind of vitrol here was on political forums where the issues truly matter. Its a game guys, calm down and have a beer. If someone wants to come in and question the Jets moves/players take it like Aristotle and counter with facts, not name-calling. Or admit they are correct. Most importantly though, remember most of what is said here is cold hard...opinion. Let them talk, and ignore them, counter them, or agree. But really all this "gayness" talk and anger is kind of lame. I come to a forum to relax, not get angry or read silly childish posts about "Dolphags" and such stupid stuff.
So sorry to offend. We'll try to refrain from any negative, disparaging references to homosexuality that may offend your delicate sensibilities in the future. I think we all sometimes forget that we have people of many different lifestyles on here. It can often take someone with an alternative preference to stand up and assert his right to not have his lifestyle and orientation demonized by association with an enemy fan base.
