Jets waived rookie LB Kevin Basped (injured) and rookie OT Aaron Kia. They signed OT Adam Tadisch (North Dakota State). The coaching staff had high hopes for Basped, a converted defensive end from Nevada. In the spring, he was talked up as a worthwhile project but he hurt his knee last week and that obviously factored into the decision.
Sucks for Basped. Would have loved to see him compete for depth. Oh well - better him injured than a starter.
Our coaching staff talks up everyone on the roster. We don't need to read too much into those kinds of comments.
That sucks, I got a package from UPS today and gave myself a cardboard cut opening it. no bandaid though.
You should really look into one. I put some neosporin and a "My Little Pony" bandaid on it, feels like it's healing up really nice. What'd you get in the mail? pr0n?
