Not saying that I want him on the roster but how much of a risk can he actually be at this point as the #3/4 WR without the ability to command much more than a pack of peanuts(opened) and a flat RC cola as his yearly salary.
Come on dude, where is your common sense. The Jets easily have room for 3 or 4 more. Shit with Revis holding out hey can carry an extra one till he signs. I see no reason why they can't do 6 or 7 WR sets. Fuck sign them all...............
A few thoughts/questions: 1) Just beause your friend sells cold pretzels and warm beer for Aramark, it doesn't mean that he's "in the business." 2) What other ground-breaking news is your friend willing to share? 3) A guy who is still in jail and probably won't be able to leave the state may be a bad signing. 4) The Giants beat the Pats with 50+ other players as well and alot of luck- not just this guy. 5) Tall receivers RUL! Just ask Chargers fans. 6) Please never, ever create a thread on this board again. OK, we'll let you create threads but you can only do so in the "Suggestions" forum.
I'm just saying I'll take a ten year old's grammar over yours any day of the week....and it's not even close.
I am not suggesting 7 wrs that are all good, if you didn't understand me than its not my problem.I suggest edwards, cotchery, holmes, burresss for the 4 wrs and brad smith for the wildcat and occasional wr.Did you not learn from the saints last year you can't have enough wrs, plus to the jets fans that think we don't need to add any more talent your nuts.If there is a way to add talent you by all means do so and some jail crap will not stop it.Behind cotchery, holmes, edwards we have nobody even close to being a 4th wr(clowney, henry.britt)are all practice squaders.
Keller is one of the best tight ends but burress I say would be a difference maker if he gets back to his shape.I only suggest bringing him in for preseason and see if he can return to himself from 2007.The commisoner said he will not be suspended so why not take a chance.
