I doubt Nike would target a football player to make a shoe, it would be a better business move to get a basketball player.
I can def see the "DARRELLE REEEEEEVIIISSSSS" line catching on at the games. It would be pretty cool to hear the Stadium in unison doing it whenever he goes up for an INT.
They've made Cross Trainers in the past, I used to love Bo Jackson and he had a Nike shoe. Obviously basketball players make the most sense because they actually wear their shoe while playing.
