I find it funny how you call us bandwagon Jet fans....you obviously are new here, you even suck at trolling. I also find it funny when a Patriot "fan" uses the word bandwagon.
The bandwagon is in NE buddy. I suppose there are some bandwagon Jets fans after last season, but for the most part we've been fans through a lot of bad years and have never seen a championship with the exception of some old timers. gtfoh with your bandwagon shit.
So bandwagon fan means a long suffering fan? I sure am if that's the case. And I am not ready to jump off the bandwagon even with 0-8 start. (Well. I've been through Kotite already...)
I've been a Jets fan for over 25 years now. Not sure if that is called "bandwagon" or not. But if it is, guilty as charged.
Pats fans have been looking for a reason to be able to call another team's fans bandwagoners for years. It's only a matter of time before they become Jets fans, however.
I don't know how you would ever prove your fanhood to another fanbase. All I know is I have rooted for a team that has never won anything in my lifetime sans a division title. So if they ever do win a Super Bowl, I will probably be in tears.
Tight End corps is the area im more concerned about. Todd Heap, Ed Dickson, Dennis Pitta along with Boldin, Mason (still produces) and Stallworth. Look at the last 10 drafts, almost every single year there are a few tight ends who turn into Stars or Key Players. I am pretty confident that Revis, Cromartie, Wilson and Lowery can compete with the Ravens Wide Outs.
First game of the season, Grind, and run outside in the first half, go 4 wide, no huddle in the second when halftime adjustments aren't possible.
We have upgraded our offense this year by adding Holmes, and starting a young RB. Besides that, we don't have a rookie QB either. Plus, we now have Sanchez and Braylon playing a minicamp together and getting on the same page, which was a huge part of Sanchez's interceptions last year. If we add these factors, I would be really pissed if we put up even a similar offense to last year. Ground and pound offenses are conservative and don't produce a lot of points in general. But they don't give up a lot of points either so it balances out. What we would have this year would be slightly more balanced offense producing more points than last year. Our D has improved so we should be able to put up similar figures to last year if not better.
I will be pissed as well if they produce the same offensive output as last year. Lets hope the bring it on the offensive side that will take a lot of pressure off the D.
yep, i joined in 2005, you joined in 2008 and i'm the new guy. Don't troll, just call them as I see them.
I'm a bandwagon fan...whats the beef I went from the giants, when they won the superbowl, to the jets when they beat the chargers, then the colts when they beat the jets, then saints when they beat colts and now back to the jets cuz they signed nick folk....its on baby!!!
