I see more. Revis is a lock for atleast 6, and Cromartie will get alot of attention. Thinking around 7-9 for him, and thats 13-15 alone right there my friend.

On topic: the Secondary...err I mean Revis(he's the main reason why we can run this defense.)

Surprised why there's not so many QB or WR votes... but secondary would be the obvious choice

Right. Let's give opposing defenses the chance to tee off on our best player at a position he isn't natural at.

By the end of the season I expect the secondary to be talked up as one of the best in history. I don't think that's an exaggeration.

    Most Passes Intercepted By, Season
    49 San Diego 1961
    42 Green Bay 1943
    41 NY Giants 1951

Would definitely be hard to beat but if any one can do it Revis Christ and his disciples can.

Considering how the rules strongly favor the pass now. I think it's amazing how Revis or anyone can completely shut down a receiver.

Totally agree that having a shutdown corner and then 2 excellent CB on the field almost anything can happen . But 49 ints is about 3 ints a GAME that truly is insane but at the most I think we could get around 33-37 this season which is an extremely high total.

I have to go with QB.

I still do not think this defense is a best ever defense. They are going to be fantastic, I absolutely believe that but best ever? Not a good enough front 7 (missing a dominant pass rusher) and a ball hawking safety away from being the 2000 Ravens. I will say that they will be better equipped to handle the elite passing teams this year.

Again, I feel that Sanchez simply can not/must not lose 4-5 games by himself.

If he is able to decrease his Int's by at least 5 and increase his td's by 5-10, which would make him an average to a little bit better than QB, this Jet team will be fine. By fine, I mean at the very least 10-11 wins "fine".

That said, I still think it all hinges on Sanchez and how good he can and will be. Man I wish it was September!

Probably because it was ridiculous to lump them together as 1 corps?
I'd like to see a list for this stat in the Super Bowl era, if anyone can find it.

That's why I haven't voted. It should be QB and WRs, not QB and RBs. Weird.

I jointed QB's and RB's because I felt WR core ( meaning WR's and TE's) was too powerful to include QB as well which would have made the RB Option inferior. Therefore, I combined QB and RB to make for a stronger choice.

But I understand what your saying there kinda just made options a little to quickly.
