Abraham needs to go...hell Washington would be happy with someone that's not being subjected to the wrath of Gibbs. A player or two...not necessarily a pick also would be fine. Mawae I guess for a 2nd day pick....whatever. And as for Houston, the idea for the Texans is to acquire more picks, and the Jets shouldn't be involved in that kind of deal for one guy even if it is Bush, Young, Leinart or whomever.

Believe me...I understand Supply and Demand...it's actually a simple concept. No need for silly analogies. I still believe Abe could garner a mid to late round pick under the right circumstance. You can't tell me what the other 32 teams are thinking. I mean I could see a playoff team trading their late 1st round pick to the jets for a proven pass rusher, instead of gambling on an unproven college player. Of course it could go the other way too, and that is not a bad thing since i would love to see him stay with the jets

Well jetsaholic1094, I don't want to say I told you so........

Now, if he were a fair man, he'd offer you the ten-million dollars that it's actually worth, but seeing how you have no use for it and are desperate to get rid of it before it spoils, do you think he'd actually offer you what it's really worth?

Abe may be top-tier talent, but that doesn't necessarily mean we'll get something of equal value in return. The league knows we can't afford him, and that he wants out, so do you think they'll still offer us a first round pick? If LaDainian Tomlinson was angry about his situation in San Diego, and if the Chargers didn't have money to sign him, would you offer the motherload for him, or try to low-ball them first?
