During our playoff run, starting with the Colts win, from NY media to the national media, I finallly realized how hated and disrepsected we are. Get used to it, that's why we have this site.
All we have to to do is win and they can start saying that "the Jets are like the Yankees, they bought a championship".
Lol exactly. But I don't see how getting anyone for Cromartie and Holmes (maybe) was that big. Plus we gave up picks for them, we didnt buy them out. EDIT: And also if Tannenbaum ran the Yankees, they'd win that shit every year.
Buying a championship  These players we've picked up are available to everyone, not just NYJs, or maybe they are
Other teams fans know shit about our team. Besides, everybody hates it when a strong team becomes even stronger.
I have been driving my "Jets Mobille" with all kinds of stickers, signs and junk for years and nobody has ever much as looked at me for 5 seconds. Now alot of guys come up and talk about how they Hate the Jets but think we have an incredible team! I like the hate after being a damn joke for sooooooo long!
Good to know there's two of us. Well I actually move to Vermont 5 years ago for school/work so I guess you're on your own buddyhmy: Back to opposing fans spewing verbal dog shit out of their mouths, they all do it, and I will sometimes do it too just to get under opposing fans skin (Most likely Red Sox fans cus they are the least educated fan of any sport). But I will agree with Pat-hater that the mentality here is that the Jets are on the rise and the Pats are on the decline when it comes to the fans around New England. One of my hometown friends it a Dolphags fan, and he thinks they will be the team to beat. So it just seems to me the whole Dolphags fan base is delusional.... and gay... A Bills fan won't tell you they are a Bills fan unless you ask who they root for... Man I feel bad for them...
I love when people use terms like "buying championships" like the point of sports is not making the best team possible to win.
