That was my thought, too. It's also weird to see LS in front of a name other than James Dearth, especially since Purdum couldn't make the cut as the long snapper for Kansas City last season.
is Larry Taylor the guy who played for the Montreal Alouettes? He is a sick return man!! I know that 'cuse I live in Montreal I am not a CFL fan guys!!!
Am I the only one that thought the OP was posting the phone numbers for these people when he first read the thread title?
He's not the only CFL guy we have on a future contract. SJ Green and Bo Smith are also CFL players that we picked up. It's how a lot of guys get added to rosters so early in the offseason.
As far as Lowery goes...the previous 25 was traded and hated by almost everyone. It might be in his best interest to not wear that one for awhile. As soon as he makes a bad play..."OH man!! He sucks just as bad as the old 25!!"
haha...oh shit, good point I didnt even think of that. My hatred of Sherry must be consuming my thoughts... I like Lito in general...he just sucks.
like that we are bringing back Conley... He looked good in TC last year. He had like a 78 yard punt in the air... He was clearly more consistent than Hodges was on the day I saw them punt. As to how he compares to weatherford, I don't know. But the guy most definately has a leg thats for sure.
If he makes the roster, I would love to see Larry Taylor running back punts, maybe even getting some action in the slot. I go to UConn, and can't remember a return man as dangerous as him in the Big East over the last three or four years.
I rooted for the Alouettes the year Vince Ferragamo went there and ESPN carried the games, summer of 1981. They didn't do so well. Didn't they go out of business for a while after that?
