And what point would that be?

That Gholston is at all comparable to Pace. The point is so comparison is so superficial it's a waste of breath.

I never compared the two. I don't get why it's so important for you to claim I did, especially when I'm telling you that I did not and am not doing so. Again, see previous post.

Are you so fucking stupid that you do not understand what a comparison is or are you just conveniently forgetting what you actually said?

Again, I was using Pace, a player we are all familiar with, to illustrate how some players don't start there careers with a bang, but instead blossom later on. It was not a comparison.

Are you of the opinion that Pace is merely a serviceable LB. I, for one, believe Pace to be a very good LB.

What's with all the hostility and anger?

I think you are confusing my statement with a bitter Jet fan..bitter especially towards VG.

That has nothing to do with my post. Gholstons struggles are severely overstated? I dont think I have ever seen a top draft pick actually do nothing..not a thing. His first two years have looked like someone is paying him on the side to see if he could do nothing at all..daring him to see how many games he can go without hitting the stat book.

I have no animosity towards the guy....it happens in the NFL. Just not of this magnitude. Its a bit historical. Thats the reason I have no idea what Rex is talking about..other than he has another reason for the statement..or he was just bored.

Gholston's biggest problems are still his football IQ and his motivation. The guy struggles to read plays and hesitates at every critical moment where he is asked to make a read. When he is simply asked to bull rush and collapse the pocket, it looks like he is practicing in shells.

Gholston would be much better on a 4-3 Defense as a DE. Hes not big enough to be a DE, hes not good enough at shedding blocks to be a pass rusher and as a Bart Scott kind of LB hes just not smart enough.
