    The problem with this award is that you can't nominate or vote for banned posters, and yet trolling is an immediately bannable offense - so most of the top candidates aren't even eligible.

    Technically, JoeJet shouldn't even be up there anymore. This should be the one award that posters banned within the last year can be nominated.

    The award is a lot funnier when the winner doesn't consider himself a troll. Then again, Joe certainly does deserve the honor.
