Ryan said of the incident, which reportedly occurred Saturday night at a mixed martial-arts event in Miami. ?I apologize to the Jets organization, the National Football League and NFL fans everywhere.? Said Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum: ?Rex showed extremely poor judgment and his conduct was inappropriate. He knows he was wrong, has apologized, and we have accepted his apology. Lol he got drunk in public. I don't know why he'd apologize to those pricks anyway... This guys funny...hope it's still funny in 2 years.
Yup. Woody probably send him an immediate text "Hey, apologize for flippping the bird...btw, hilarious."
I think it was appropriate as hell. Horking a big loogy at them would have been even better, fuckin faggots.
That's the drawback of being a public figure. You can't always say or act like you want to especially in this day and age when everything is on the net almost as it happens.
and you guys will sit here and call every other teams fans douchebags when you are in there stadium. next time you get a beer spilled on you or get pushed around by a bunch of raiders fans thank rex ryan for being a douche. you know damn well if it were another coach doing it to jets fans it would be a completely different story and you would all be calling for his head or asking why nobody beat his ass. he definitely crossed the line on that one, talking a little smack is one thing. that is another and to the guy talking about spitting on people.. grow up.
