Great athlete, nice arm, and appears to handle that short passing game well. When the Jets take the reigns off of him, I think he will be very good, the Only thing I wonder about is the Mental aspect of the game, and adjustments. That seems to be one of the last things to come to a young QB.

He's got the skill, but he also has the will. He will have an entire offseason to work on his game. Hopefully there's no Sophomore slump. Great things lie ahead for Mark.

Definitely an A to be shared with the coach.

I don't care HOW he played in the regular season. He got us to the post-season, and took us as far as VinnyT did, and it wasn't DESPITE his play, but BECAUSE of it. That deserves nothing less than an A+. Ask Chicago how they're liking their QB right now...

Very good. Struggled and looked like a n00b at points and really held back the offense in alot of games, BUT the way he stepped up in the playoffs says it all....

Hope he, Schotty, and the offense are together for at least the next 3-4 years...obviously with personnel improvements when needed.

He was a rookie at times (expected) and at other times he showed brilliance and huge potential to be an elite QB in the future. He still has a ways to go, but I'd say he's right on track. Keep in mind he did all of this without his most reliable underneath target in Leon Washington, who will take a load of pressure of Sanchez when he comes back next year. Never underestimate the impact of a reliable check down option.

Overall, I would give his season a B, based solely on his progression in the last 5 weeks. Its hard to justify giving a 20 INT QB this grade, but his potential and how poised he was in our playoff run earn him this grade.
