We thought Ghost would help our pass-rush needs. Didn't happen, so the need remains. I'd say DE, CB, OL, +1 extra offensive weapon
biggest need, a real pass rusher. We simply have to get to where we can provide pressure without constant blitzing. Blitzing is good but when it's the only way you can even try to get pressure on the QB your going to get burnt by an elite QB. I don't think we even laid a hand on Manning the second half. So I'm going to say DE or OLB for passrush, not sure how good we can do considering our low draft position and a lousey choice of seasons to be a cinderella team. I see alot of complaints about the secondary, but frankly if you blitz and your not getting pressure I don't care if you have 5 #24's out there, your going to get burnt.
Offense OL Depth- future replacements for Woody and Faneca WR QB- Clemens is most likely gone. We should bring in a veteran backup HB- This is only is Jones does not come back Defense DE NT CB FS OLB
DEPTH DEPTH DEPTH on DT, DE, S, and DB. We absolutely need a great pass-rusher and another corner capable of playing man-to-man.
A # 2 CB is our biggest need but isn't too hard to find. A pass rusher would be second or third but good / great pass rushers are harder to come by.
Our most glarring need today was CB opposite Revis. The pass rush comes from covering the WRs first and with no where to throw we can tee off on the QB at will.
We do need to think of DE but LB is an even bigger issue. In the 3-4, the pressure comes from a LB. We need a LB who can rush the passer.
Thomas Jones had to go! He can't fking run the ball! We DO need another CB like Revis! I think we should clone another Revis. But that non-call just pisses me offfffffffffffffff man. FK!
