In Ryan's post game presser, he was pretty much baited to compliment Rhodes. You KNOW Ryan loves to pat his kids on the back. All he said was "I'm glad he was on our side."

That's all I needed to know to understand Ryan does NOT like Rhodes at all.

He's still a pretty-boy, self-serving douche who's afraid to make contact or do the grunt work that all teammates should have a part in, so definitely not.

You're right, he's not a wideout, I had just assumed by his speed that he was a WR.

After reading up on him, he sounds more like an H-back than a TE, though. NFL.com even has him listed as a fullback. I bet he is a guy that Schotty would love to have.

I just hated that pass on Sunday where the Chargers scored. He sort of just lingered around and didn't defend so well.

His tackiling is terrible in the open field... and he makes me a bit worried when someone is running at him, but he's made the tackles he's need to make in the postseason. And the strip sack was awesome, but the celebration...i dont know?

It seems like his mind is back in fooball, which is good for now, but he really did change from when he played with Vilma. I have a feeling his mind will stray again on his 'hollywood' career.

IMO his dreams of being a hollywood star are just never gonna happen...but its good to have dreams.

Trade him to the Raiders... they are the nearer team to Hollywood :p

Rhodes isn't my favorite player, but I don't hate him THAT much. Sheesh. Let's take it easy now. Hahaha.

Sort of unrelated, but on Greene's TD run last week, Rhodes ran all the way onto the field into the endzone to celebrate without a helmet on (he was actually wearing a hat). I'm not sure of the rules on this, but I'm surprised we didn't get a flag for it.

I'm not hating on Rhodes for doing this, just thought it was interesting. I'm always glad to see that sort of excitement from players

No I still don't, he is a me first player who cares about celebrating more than the actual game itself. When I saw him celebrating on that forced fumble I wanted to rip his jock strap off and make him eat it on live TV. Yes he has done some good plays LATELY but he is not worth it, I feel we can sucker some team to give us a 1st rounder and another draft pick for him and let us build off that by using Eric smith and the draft picks.

If you can get a 1st rounder for him you take it no questions asked. I would do it for a 2nd rounder in a heartbeat as well. IMO, no team would give up more than what is equivalent to a 3rd round pick for him though.

What has he done to warrant anything? He is a coward that doesn't want to take on the player with the ball. He is scared to death to go for the big hit. Wooopeee he got a sack on a free blitz, and striped the QB. The ball was hanging out there, and he hit it.

I will take any player that is willing to punish a player instead of coming in to get his number recognized.

I just can't see him as a NY Jet come April.

Rhodes has mostly been forgiven, but he needs to tackle better in the open field. Even Ihegibo is a good blitzer.
