I'll love the AFC east too, Jets in first, Pats in second and the Dolphags and Bills fighting for third. Such a beautiful thing, I still think the Pats should've held onto to Matt Cassel.
So far, I'd say about 50/50 on who hates the Jets more than the Colts. To me the Colts are a pussy team that get a lot of breaks. And Polian, their owner tries to manipulate things to go their way. Example A. laying down when you guys played them. It changed the way the cards fell. I'm not saying you guys dont deserve to be where you are, you do. After that performance against san diego, thats obvious. But that takes me back to my reason I hope the jets kick the living shit out of them. Not to mention the thought of a Favre /Manning SB, makes me throw up in my mouth a little.
Actually I think Damien Woody has a real valid point. The current Jets team might be better than the '01 Pats, at least in terms of talent. It's real close defensively anyway. Revis is your Ty Law (but, IMO, will be better than Law when all is said and done), you've got play-making linebackers, a solid D-line, and the Jets just beat the snot out of people. They're also a lot younger, collectively, than the '01 Pats team, but still pretty experienced. This is gonna be a nasty ass defense for a long time to come. Good to see other Pats fans throwing their support to the Jets. I don't think I can take another Manning SB. hmy:
