Who would you rather see in the Super Bowl? Vikings or Saints?

Awesome irony.

Favre has spent so much energy trying to get back at GB....it would be great if the Jets could win the SB & say, "stick it Brett".....LOL

The Vikes. If its Jets Vikes, I'm going to the game. My buddy of 38 years is a lifetime Vikes fan. We were set to go in 98, but we know what happened. We have already agreed to meet in Miami if its Jets-Vikes.

 

I'd rather beat the Vikings but I'd rather play the Saints.

If the Jets lose I will be rooting for the Saints.

 

would love to give a little pay back to the saints, but nothing would put a cherry on top like taking out the old man farve and picking him 3 times

I think weve got a better shot vs the vikings but the bullshit favre vs jets headlines all week would suck

 

I would much rather see the Saints than the Vikings for three reasons:

1. I know we can shut down Drew Brees and keep him from being a major force because we've already done that once this season.

2. I think we match up much better against the Saints than the Vikings. Adrian Peterson is a bad draw for us.

3. I think the Viking pass rush is the best in football and I think they'll eat Mark Sanchez alive if he has to pass much against them.

Also, who wouldn't love to see the Jets destroy Brett Favruh?

 

Saints. We held them to 10 points.

 

The thing that scares me about the Saints is when they are On they are unstoppable.

 

Either way would be good because we could stick it to favre and we have payback for the saints either way we will shock the world

 

I'm not a petty man, but I would love to see Favre in the Super Bowl against the Jets. He's so caught up in himself, in his little war with Green Bay, that he totally overlooks anything else.

Imagine the shock on his face when the Jets say "Hi Brett, this is for walking out on us after one season to pursue your little vendetta".

Three interceptions and six sacks later, Favre is in tears again as he retires. Nobody believes him.

 

I would rather play the Vikings I think we match up better with them... we already played the Saints and lost so that gives them a slight advantage...

 

We matchup better against the Saints...their running game is not as good as the Vikes (even though Pierre killed us last game) and the Vikes are better at stopping our strength, the run.

However...that magical karma has us beating all the teams that bit us in the ass...the Bengals and Colts, both after "letting" us win. And then, just maybe, the Vikings, after Favre dumped us for another girl (team.)

I vote for the Vikings because if there's one thing on our side, it's karma.

 

I'm not saying we're going to beat the Colts...just that IF we do, wow it'd be soooo fitting. So why not finish things up with a fitting win against the Vikings?

 

I think the Viking would be better for us because Brett is due for a bad game at some point and we know him better.

I also feel the Vikings defense would pose more problems for the Colts if they move on.

 

My dream scenario is the Jets beating the Colts next week to completely dispel the notion that they don't deserve to be playing in the postseason, and then further destroy their demons by beating the Saints in the Super Bowl, after the Saints beat Favre and the Vikings, making Favre feel like a cockwad after using the Jets as a stepping stone to get to the Vikings in the first place. Not that I hate Favre, but that would just be a fitting ending.
