i think a lot of non-jets fans will be rooting for the jets the rest of the way. the jets do talk trash but it's likable trash. they speak from the heart. as well they play an underdogs game : guts, defense, energy, smarts...and they play clean. a pretty easy team to support if you ask me. the sentiment from the OP is appreciated, btw

As another Pats fan, I second the motion. I just like the way the Jets play, they remind me of the 2001 Pats as well as the Parcells Giants teams. You loyal Jets fans have been thru a lot for a lotta years so I'm glad for you guys. Good luck. I think you'll take care of Indy but the Saints are another matter...
Pretty classy. I admit it, I rooted for the Pat's to win it all when they were in the SB Brady's first year. Of course I had no idea how that decision would haunt me for the next decade...
I wish I could make a thread myself, but I'd just like to also add my congratulations. Your team showed incredible heart and skill out there. There's three types of football games I enjoy more than any other and that's: A Colts win A Patriots loss A Chargers loss I freakin hate the Chargers with a passion, and there's nothing better than seeing that big baby, Phillip Rivers, pout on the sidelines. As a Colts fan I hope your success stops next week however :smile:. It'll be a good game for sure, and I'm looking forward to some revenge for our quitting effort in our last meeting. I felt it was disrespect to our fans, and it was disrespect to the Jets to not give you guys all we had. I'm hoping that decision doesn't come back to bite us in the ass. Its an easy team to like, Sanchez, Cotchery, Revis, Harris, Scott, Jenkins, Leon...how can you not like these guys?
Plus it should be said that with Jenkins and Washington, 2 dominant players, the Jets would really be scary and the favorite to win it all.
