Seriously, I'm a NY'er and gonna be in Dallas visiting friends of my wife. It's already being planned that I will be taken to a local sports bar and guess who I'll be surrounded by? Should be an interesting day to say the least.
what i can't believe is the ravens (if they hold on)will have to play on a short week next week and we will get an extra day off.if i'm ozzie newsome i'm pissed about that.there's no reason the jets game can't be saturday nite with whoever the opponent is.
i would prefer to play the colts. manning hasn't thrown a meaningful pass in over month. that, plus our WORLD's BEST #1 PASS DEFENSE will buy us AT LEAST the first quarter, maybe even the first half. but than again, we never lose to the bolts in the playoffs...
Technically both lower seeds in each conference got less time off, I don't know if that's by design or not.
Not that it matters but.... The schedules were announced during the past week.... It was just a matter of who played who but the Sat. Game was the Colts game and the SD game was the Sun.game. The reason I knew it was because my DVR guide had them listed on those times and dates but only with SD vs TBD, and INDY vs TBD.. Either way, Glad we get the extra day of rest for the west coast trip. We usually get dicked around.
