    This year my picks have been awesome. I've won the office pool 5 times this season already! Niiiice.

    Does anyone know what you win if you finish in first?

    no prizes. There used to be a prize, but that stopped after 2007.

    As the person who won in 2007 and got nada, let me assure you that prizes stopped after 2006, not after 2007!

    I am in a suicide pool and down to the last week.. All I have left are Jets, SF, Indy, or Atlanta to choose ..any ideas. ..jets are my heart however, make me nervous.. I am thinking SF hoping they are tryin to .500 finish..

    I sooo want to ..i am just nervous ..Everytime I go with the jets they do me wrong I would rather not take them and have them get into playoffs :)

    Definitely SF. Indy is not even going to try as hard as they did against us. I expect Buffalo to win.

    This was the first year I stuck with it all season. Every other year I forgot to make my picks at some point and would get frustrated and just stop playing. Those Thursday games are a bitch!

    Anyway, I'm in the top 20 going into week 17. Not bad considering that the system I use to pick most games involves the words "eeny", "meeny", "miney" and "Mo"! :lol:

    Thanks to Petro for setting up and administering the pool all year. It was fun.

    The football pool keeps me interested in meaningless games I would otherwise dismiss altogether. Thank you to Petro and TGG from the 2002 pool winner (me). My daughter and son-in-law were in the top 10 and top 20, respectfully. Unfortunately I did not fair so well.

    Finished 6th in the first year that I actually made picks every week! Those Thursday games almost caught me once or twice, though.

    Congrats to Pisano, nicely done.
