I know there are a lot of teams that lost last weekend that must have been pissed when manning got pulled and the jets won.

going into sunday, what other team would be 'in if they win' combined with a jet loss to Cincy?

i hope it's miami and they win early, only to go home and watch thier playoff hopes die at the hands of the jets.

thanks highflyer....now that's one craze picture....not sure how to read it.

Edit....looks like Baltimore is the only team that controls their own destiny, combined with a Jet loss.

Pitt needs a jet and Baltimore loss

miami needs raiders to beat baltimore and a jet loss

No other team is just in..a whole bunch of things have to take place for any team to get in if the Jets or Ravens lose...aka. Denver can be in if they lose and out if they win

yeah....it's nice reading through Joejets scenario and seeing all the teams that need a 'jet loss or tie'. we're in the driver seat....who'd a thunk it?

my son-in-law is a die hard miami fan (and trying to convert my 1yr old grandson). i'm hoping that miami beats pitt and baltimore looses as well. that means all miami can do is go home and pray for a jet loss....a team they beat twice...hahahaha

Completely disagree - since it's more than possible that the Jets lose, I want Miami eliminated by 4 PM, so there's no possible way that they can get in and I don't have to think about it. Miami getting in because of the Jets once again giving away their chance for the playoffs would be about a billion times worse than Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, or Denver doing it.

By the time the Jets kickoff at 8:20pm, there will be only 1 team hoping for the Jets to lose. We will see who that is at that time.

It's funny but that is the first thing I thought of once it was a final.

Laughing my ass off at how pissed Miami fans must be.

The kicker is they lost to 2 teams we beat to be put in this spot, if they win just one of those games this board would have a whole different feel.

    It's F'n great!!

    The NY Giants.

God forbid the Jets should go into the post season after the Giants just embarrassed the shit out of their homer fans in their "own" stadium.

I love the fact that they beat us twice and we still control our own destiny.
