Thought there were a few more than three! I am in the direct sight line of him and he was getting them going quite a few times ...problem is people on the other side of the stadium cant see him (instead they show stupid shit on the screen). They usually get the end of the chant and get to add the "S"
It happened quite a few times even before gametime....probably some big corporate people coming in to check out the PSL coaches club seats ..ha
On topic, I had a severe case of Snow Balls after that game yesterday. Had to stand over my grill to get rid of it.
I for one was able to make the game yesterday. Wouldn't have missed it. As the game ended, I was guilty of throwing some snow balls on the field. So what! I was pissed.
I didn't want to end up on the cover of the Post like that Giants fan a few years back, who was later tracked down and dragged into court. I threw some snow around when we got the TD, a lot of people were.
I give them credit, they were out there freezing clits and nipples yesterday in those Santa suits. Someone did throw snow at the ones in our corner after the Atlanta TD and the state police escorted them of the field. Can't blame them.
i sit all the way up top and i was chucking snowballs on the first td, what do you expect when you clear every section BUT the upper deck gimmie a break.
Not coming down on Edwards but we did bring him in so that he could be a difference maker and have teams basically fear him and open up the run game etc.. but when teams start to know your act they say f it we will still crowd the box and dare you to throw it to him. I just thought that was a key game where he could of took control of the whole situation and just Solidified his existence.. Who is the step up player when we need big time plays?
I didn't expect Edwards to come in and be a complete receiver with great hands and clutch ability. He has only had one season at that level in his career. I expected a guy that could out-leap most defenders, had the speed to be a legitimate deep threat and the quickness to get separation. I got what I expected. But I did WANT him to come in and be that guy. This is a contract year for Braylon. I see him blocking well now, and he is drawing double coverage on a number of occasions, so that is a nice step in the right direction. The problem that is causing other teams to stack the box is that the gameplan design is telegraphing the ground game. There is nothing truly resembling an effective short passing game. For years, we had Chad run short passing with the occasional shot intermediate or long. Now we have a QB with the ability to run an effective long game, and we have no short game. The offense needs some balance.
If you take away his INTs, fumbles, incompletions and losses he's having one of the all-time best seasons by a rookie QB.
Take away Sanchez' skin and legs and arms and replace them with wheels, doors, a hood and a trunk and he is a car - but with internal organs instead of an engine and passengers.
There was some moron with a whistle too, a few section over. When Mark was scrambling the douche was blowing the damn whistle, was he trying to get Mark killed???
