Well, just so you know, I've always been happy here. I like it here. I'm the Jets coach, as far as I'm concerned, period. That's all I can say. It's done. Move on.
Everyone I talk to feels the Jets got raped... Either KC is is a land of Prophets or a land of fools. They really have no idea of what is before them.
Hehe. . . one of my favorites. It's like George Costanza trying to teach Jerry how to beat the lie detector. "Jerry, it's not a lie if you believe it."
Now wait... I'm glad Herm is gone as much as the next guy. However, 90% of this board wanted him gone, he's gone, and now he's a turn coat. Look, he was fired, but instead of having to pay him a buyout, we got a 4th round pick. I'm glad he was fired. However, we can't call him a turn coat because of it.
I was willing to give Herm the benefit of the doubt when he became our coach. He said all the right things the Jets fans wanted to here. Even after bad losses he knew what the media and fans wanted to here. But in my heart I could see what he was doing on the field and I would say he is not making the right calls, Why dosnt he make in game changes. Why is he playing not to win but keep it close then shoot for a 4th quarter kick or a bomb. Then I lost faith, and the more faith I lost the uglier he looked and I laughed at his post game comments and his one liners to the beat riders. Then I went to his training camp and noticed he was not training these guys just walking around laughing. I swear I was looking for the keg of beer and the hotdogs for the palyers. Then last year the team threw up and with injuries we did not have a chance and Herm had no more fantastic comments in his bag of tricks and now he is gone. Good luck KC and good luck KC fans. It wont take long for the fans to realize this guy is not a coach but one good damn speaker in front of the mike during post game explaintions. Then they too will start to see his ugly side. IM GLAD HE IS GONE
