Sanchez is a fucking turnover machine. This season is lost. The rest of this season will be about Sanchez progressing, there is nothing else to play for.
This is NY Jets talk,1984 style now. Gotta watch what you say,and maybe soon what you even think. God forbid you speak a topic twice that might have been buried 10 pages back. Quit your job and work in front of TGG all day so you can monitor what is said all day so you make no mistakes.
they are afraid that Kellen will outplay wonder boy( its not too hard) and then all that PSL money will be lost!
What if, and is a big IF, Clemens comes in and wins 4 or 5 games. He might be worth something come the end of the season. ?????????????????
/rant Sanchez has GIVEN us 2 losses. This Patriots game and the New Orleans game were completely on his shoulders. Every other loss we have is because of the defense or special teams. I don't know why people are saying that this kid sucks. He SHOULD, COULD and WOULD be 7 and 2 right now if it weren't for our special teams mishaps and secondary folding late in the 4th quarter. Would we be saying he sucks if we were 7 and 2? No, not a chance. We would all be on our knees saying he is the god damn Messiah. Some people are complete idiots. /end rant
I'm with you, this team does have talent and it's tough to watch this week in and week out. They should have brought Sanchez along slowly instead of throwing him to the wolves. I hate losing.
We'd still be losing with Kellen Clemens at quarterback. If you can't realize that than you're even more of an idiot that I thought. This isn't that good of a team. It's an old and injured team. Mark Sanchez is the future, whether you guys like it or not.
Manning also had 26 TD's and improved the second half of the season (nearly a 1-1 ratio, Sanchez is more like a 1-2 ratio), Sanchez is regressing and his off-field behavior suggests he's not handling NY too well. It's not the worst thing in the world to give the kid a breather. Bradshaw and Elway got benched.
The defense is good enough to win games if we didn't have a quarterback Throwing interceptions like this. I'd say you're the idiot that likes losing games by keeping in an QB that can't cut it. You're an embarrassment to Jets fans and you deserve what you get out of this team.
A very sad show by Sanchez. 4 INTs and a fumble; can it get any worse? I know, he is a rookie; this stuff happens. But, I am starting to think he is regressing instead of progressing. We are now 4-6 and for all practical purposes, "It's over!" We are playing for pride and hopefully Sanchez can develop a bit before the end of the year. I know, mathematically there is hope, but realistically it simply is not going to happen. Yuck, another cold winter with no meaningful football. Oh well, only 9 and 1/2 months till the start of next year.
I've been watching Pro football for 40 years and I can't remember a single player ever having such a negative impact on a team's record. He's only a rookie and he may yet be the greatest QB ever, but this team has played well enough at evey other position to be no worst than 7-3. Trash, cry, apologize but the QB position has cost this season period. Hope the coming years are worth it.
so true... and who knows, Clemens may be able to do something with the rest of the season, and possibly help his stock for a Jets team that loves trading draft picks.. no one would take him now, so playing him doesnt hurt.. And yea, Sanchez learning by experience holds some truth, but come on guys, there has to be a limit!
I'm pretty sure our "awesome" defense/special teams lost us both of the games against Miami and the Jacksonville game. Yea, you can put the Bills loss, the Saints loss, and this loss on Sanchez, but other than that, he's played damn well for the situation he's been put in.
hey electric.... your love affair with sanchez is sickening.... why don't u go cry and curl up under a rock....i told u a few weeks ago ...sanchez is clueless .... realize it please and let another qb have a chance to turn the season around if it can be
