Which team will regret passing up on their respective players?

Houston passing on Bush/Jets passing on Leinart

They both said Bush was a terrible pass up

Passing on bush was worse. Leinart will be a solid qb but I rather take my chances with Kellen. I have to admit though I was probably one of the happiest guys on fri. when I heard the news, why you ask?

Because Domanick is my keeper in my fantasy league.

heck yea, am still in trouble with my other spot though...I have to chose between Benson, or K.jones. Of course am leaning toward jones but am a little worried because martz is the oc and we all know how much he likes to run the ball.

the jets wont look back on April 29 and regret passing on Matt Leinart at all...they made the right choice...if you dont beleive me then play back the tape of us drafting D brick and listen to how many boos you hear...and if you dont beleive that they watch what kind of career Dbrick has...and if you dont beleive that....i dont know what to tell you

Leinart w/o Dbrick = broken left arm!!! say byebye

You will never be able to compare D'brick and Leinart or Bush and Mario because I think all four will become very good NFL players and it could be like a Vick-Tomlinson situation where both picks turned out very good and we will never really know which team got the better end of the deal

I agree with that Tomlinson has done so much more for his team then Vick has done. but Dont get me wrong Vick has his place among the best just not better then Tomlinson

has either won the super bowl or even gotten to it? and has San Diego even gotten as far as Atlanta even into the playoffs? so as of now, Atlanta is ahead. draft picks aren't for stats, they are for players who will help a team win and make it to the big game.

True true but look at the divisons that both teams play in and the charger have a much harder division. KC, Denver, Oakland (at the time). Not that Caroline, tampa bay, and New Orleans are any slouches. but the chargers have it harder. But vick has done his think he did take them to the playoffs and i believe a nfc championship game so Vick would have be up on LT

Anybody who says they know today whether the Jets or Texans made a mistake is lying. It might help to see these guys play a few years before we evaluate their NFL careers.

One player is not entirely responsible for a team's success. It is still a team game.

US. Hands down. And this is not a Leinart love fest. We passed on both. If they both come out and set the league on fire and the debate does start, there is no question that the fact that we had a hang up about a pick or two for Bush will make us look like asses. This is hind sight, I know, but the question was a down the road thing and this stuff still goes on about Marino, Reed, Moss and the signing of Blair over Emitt.

Oakland's pass on Leinart was a bigger deal than our pass on him...

judging a pick by the reaction of the crowd is the dumbest idea i've ever heard.

and i really doubt the top 4 picks will end up being very good NFL players... has that ever even happened?

i don't understand how you can be so sure we aren't going to regret passing up on Leinart. he's reached every goal someone at this point in his career could set. he's got a ton of potential, he knows football, and he's got a great offense around him.

it is the way it is, but i'd rather see Jones, Kendall, Mangold, Moore, and Justice blocking for Leinart than Ferguson, Kendall, Mangold, Moore, and Jones blocking for Clemens. i don't know how someone could disagree with that.
