D played really well our rookie QB just had an awful game and it cost us the game. MUST beat the dolphins though.
yeah we knew he'd lose a game or two.after going 3-0 this one was house money.we go down and take it out on some fish next monday
We are in GREAT shape, thios wasn't a bad loss. We knew mark would eventually look like a rookie. Now he has to bounce back.
Our OC took his pussy pills before the game and went into stupid/predictable mode. I hope he gets his HC job after this season. I can't take his playcalling anymore..
I would rather see Sanchez make his biggest mistakes in a game that we'd have had a hard time winning than in a game against a team we should beat..... He got fooled bya seasoned vet on the first pick, and thought too much about making a big play when he fumbled in the end zone. Too bad we're looking at a loss, but it was truly bound to happen....he'll be better. And the D looks pretty good except for a few plays, so whatever. Losses suck but it could be worse.
I never felt so good after a loss as I have today. I'm excited for this defense and Mark Sanchestaverde can only get better. I think we would all take 3-1 when the schedule came out. I feel good!
it's worse cuz that one stupid play where he never saw Sharper was the game. We would have won this game if he played slightly less then average but he was just brutal.
Next week's going to be huge to see how Sanchez bounces back. I don't think it was a terrible loss. I saw lots of growing pains. I also saw a stifling D on our end, we're definitely top 5 in the league there.
agreed i'm honestly not that pissed. the D played really good. 190 yds passing for Brees. Revis was back to Revis Island. And you never know, if Lito or Strick were playin then those few times Coleman got beat might not have happened.
Calvin Pace is going to take us to another level, our defense is for real. It seems like every time our defense lets up one or two big plays. Rex fixes the problem within minutes and that play no longer works. When wass the last time we stopped a team on 4th and 1, twice in one game?
If we are going to lose a game or 2, lets have it against the better teams, this NO team is one. Also we are where the Saints were 2 seasons ago, but I think we are in slightly better shape that shouldn't need too much fixing
this combo of greene and leon has some potential I know he only got a few carries but you gotta like the way greene runs
Defense played great!! Allowed 10 points, this was just one of those Rookie Qb games. Not a big deal at all. It's 10-10 without those crap points, and yes the Refs sucked. We'll stomp Miami next week, first is still ours. As we know beating a divisional opponent is like a 1.5 game lead. The Saints look great, best all around team in the NFL in my opinion.
