Rex Ryan not only didn't kiss Bill Belichick's ring in the Meadowlands on Sunday, but he sent the Patriots coach back home with a 16-9 loss to the Jets. The Ravens could appreciate the significance for their former defensive coordinator.

"I guarantee you everybody here is proud of Rex Ryan and Mike [Pettine] and Jim [Leonhard] and Bart [Scott]," Harbaugh said today at his news conference. "How this thing shakes out, we're going to be rooting for the Ravens all the way through, and it looks like the Jets are going to be a big part of that just like Rex said they would. We're not surprised. We've come to pretty much believe everything Rex says.

"That's a great victory. We saw it in the second preseason game. We're not surprised. We saw it in the second preseason game. That's a really good football team. They've got a lot of talent, they're really well coached, and obviously, they'll get after you. That was neat for those guys."

It would be great to play them during the regular season. The way things are going though it looks like we could end up playing them in the playoffs. What a great game that would be, scary though since the Ravens might be the best team in the NFL right now.

    AFC Championship Game. Book it.

God, this is the most optimistic I've ever been.

I'm not used to feeling confident in my team.. Even last year when we started 8-3 I was still nervous but I have no nerves so far this season I hope that continues...

the Jets and Ravens are probably the 2 best teams in the AFC right now.

the Ravens still need to play some better teams. KC and Cleveland aren't exactly impressive wins. @ SD was a big win even though SD is extremely weird.

As for our Jets, 3 wins vs 3 good opponents. IDK about Houston though. How do you lose to Jax at home? Their D is AWFUL! Still a better team then KC or CLE though.

Texans have an explosive offense though regardless and we shut that down

Coming from you Steel, that's a compliment and a half. You know what a good D looks like and plays like since you've had one for years now. We're one edge rusher away from being a truly elite defense. We're pretty damn good, but we still have a wrinkle or two to iron out..

Until Pace gets back. I have no idea how they will use him.

Living up in Erie Pa I'm a life long Jets fan with a good appreication for what the Steelers do as a franchise.

Its good to have that great defense and strong ball controll type of offense I've grown used to see from you guys. I hope you bounce back from a tough loss this week, untill you meet the Jets in the playoffs.

We won't be in the playoffs so don't worry about seeing us there. We have a suspect D, an offensive coordinator that is worse the Ron Earhardt and a head coach that doesn't have the sack to fire him.

As long as the Jets take care of business against the Patriots I am a happy camper. My Steelers will be back once they sober up from their Super Bowl hangover.

If there is one fanbase that deserves to celebrate in February it is the Jets. Good luck to you guys and keep rolling along. This Steeler fan is pulling for you.

I still have some faith in your defense and Big Ben's ability to make plays. You may not win that division, but you'll be in the hunt for a WC spot if you D gets it back togeather.
