LOL i remember Mark Schlereth literally "guaranteed" a titans win...what a tool. Its hard to take these "experts" seriously.

Great post Tony. These Jets showed that they're not the SoJ, and that they're capable of hanging in there when things stop going their way.

This team is going to be incredibly nasty when Pace is back. This is going to be a great season.

    12-4 ftw :)

The truth is where we were sitting we never panicked, even after we were down all we said was "that's ok" just time to turn it up a notch...

I don't know what you guys are talking about but we did not "panic" @ the game..

Was it nerve racking? Fuk yea! We're the JETS but we were still behind the boyz in gree... I mean blue today..

This was definitely a Great win because we fought adversity more than once and on several different levels.

I don't know how confident you can be in saying that no one there was contemplating beating the traffic after we blew the lead.

Anybody who decides to walk out of a 17-14 game is a loser that should not even bother coming to the game. Give your ticket to a real fan.

Very confident because The Stadium was still the same til the EOG. No one left and after it was over the Exits were Full so I'm very confident.

I'll be the 1st to bitch (and usually do) about fans leaving early and/or not showing up but today no one left early....

afa me getting into JETS fans heads and what they were thinking? NO thanx, even the experts won't touch that one.

We need his email so we can all send him a note:

Jets Fans Think You Are A Tool

We should get some respect after that:rofl:

A team that plays poorly and still finds a way to win is the kind that succeeds in sports..

Just look @ the PATSIES SB years, you think they gave a crap when they won 10-6, 13-3?

The fact that we had back to back adversity type games and have yet to lose says a lot!

You what's funny is that usually he picks us and he's given us mad props this year. He should have seen the light.

that was the best team we faced all year.

that team isn't as bad as 0-3. Its not who you play, its when you play them.

this game showed this team is for real.....and they got a few breaks.

That really was a great win. Just the type of game that the Jets of old would have blown in the end, but even though the D wasn't getting pressure on Collins for a good portion of the game, Rex had no hesitation in letting them loose on the Titans...Oilers? last drive to try to tie or win the game. I loved it. It was good to see Sanchez struggle but come through in the clutch - also good to see E. Smith coming through with some big plays again. Seems like he's stepped his game up this season.

Mine? I just had a doc appt on Friday, and it's healing. Still going very slowly, but this last surgery back in March worked. One of the two pieces of grafted bone has really taken well. The other is taking as well, but not nearly as well. It's good enough that I've been walking for the last 2 months.

The biggest issue is my left foot and ankle. There is several torn/detached ligaments and tendons that give me hell when I'm walking. We're gonna look at fixing that in December/January timeframe.

Hey man ? that?s progress and that?s good. Sometime it seems that just getting? on with it is the biggest cure.

We were shaky at times, clearly, but overcame when we needed to the most.

Yep. I walk with a cane, but other than that, I've finally been able to move on with my life. I'm trying a career change to DJ'ing, so I spend a lot of my day playing with the gear and learning the software. My life isn't all about the accident anymore :)

That's why I think this was the best win to date. They had to overcome the loss of momentum and overall lousy play for the middle 30 minutes of the game, pull themselves together, and get it done, and that is exactly what they did. That, to me, is the mark of a team that have a successful run over the course of the season.

I think the booing came from that frustration that built. I do not know about you but man there was a pit in my stomach after the Titans/Oilers went up.

I looked over at one of the people I was watching the game with and said," I do not have a good feeling!". When that happens, usually a loss follows. Thankfully, it is not hockey (it is almost 100% a loss for hockey...I am not nearly that good for Football ldo).

Anyway, if I felt that way surely there were others. I didn't boo or anything and wouldn't even if I was there. But I can see why..... FWIW. Afterall this is the "Same Old Jet Fans".

Thank the lord this isnt the SOJ!
