It is the only way they'll get their due respect. It was the same way with the Rangers in 1994. Even with Messier on the team and Keenan behind the bench everybody expected the Rangers to blow it at some point. It wasn't until they got by the Devils that the NHL suddenly realized they were probably going to do it.

Jesus what an upgrade to a terrific d when we can put the ghost in situational roles, and have a core of Scott Pace Harris and Thomas

Pace must be drooling with anticipation. Our defense can still get a lot better.

The only teams I'm worried about are NO, ATL, and Buffalo. Buffalo is lookin good despite the loss, they manhandled the bucs today not saying much but still, they easily put them away.

CP can also mean Chad Pennington.

I wish we had both CPs for that one. I like MS but I think his inexperience may hurt us that day. Hopefully he can make us all believers. I believe in MS but he is still a rookie - great poise or not.

If we can escape the dome with a win at NO, we will be golden...

Calvin Pace's return will be pretty epic. He returns to us on Monday Night Football, against the fucking Dolphins. I hope he plays his heart out to back up Rex Ryan's words to Channeling Chowder. Now, that's a team I'd love to see us completely embarrass on their field. Pick Chad off 2-3 times, and maybe sack him 4-5 times.

Pace should be pretty rabid for that game.

F Pennington. He's about to get benched in Miami for playing like a pussy. Pussies don't play for the Rex Ryan Jets. Sanchez has balls.

Chad Pennington vs this pass rush is scary for the Dolphins. No wonder they got destroyed in the playoffs last season by Baltimore.

of course at some point his inexperience is going to hurt us and the team won't go undefeated because of it, and may not even win the Super Bowl this year. but it completely ridiculous to wish we had another QB for any of the games rather than Sanchez to play and gain experience in those types of match ups. if not, how else will he ever gain the experience to be good in those games. you take his rookies season for all its glories and downfalls, or whish we didn't play an inexperienced QB.

You would rather have Pennington starting for the Jets right now with Sanchez on the bench? Bahahahaha

Wait...Sanchez scares you in the New Orleans game? There are a good 8 or 9 teams on our schedule with more frightening defenses than New Orleans. They were 20th in the league in yards per attempt against last season, and are 19th so far this year. They don't get to the QB often, they don't force turnovers. To be fair, they have 6 INTs this season, but they've faced Kolb and Stafford. Stafford had another 2 picks yesterday. Prior to the game yesterday, Kolb had 0 TDs to 4 INTs in his career. Sanchez has been much more efficient. I'm much more concerned with Sanchez against Tennessee this week, but I sure as hell wouldn't wish for Chad Pennington instead.

Pace will be a big addition to an already impressive D. He's good at everything.

Yes he did. I gues i thought that no real Jet fan would ever want Chad back. Dont get me wrong here he is a very serviceable qb, but we all know his deal. Hes is a poor mans Romo.
