Jerricho Cotchery is 5th in the NFL in receiving yards through 2 weeks.

just thought you might enjoy that fact.

My favorite part of Jerricho being #5 in the NFL so far? Andre Johnson is third on the list, and Moss is 8th. And Revis shut both guys down, and in the other week, they proved they are both still top 5 WR in the NFL and it makes the fact Revis dominated them, just that much more impressive!

Cotchery is making plays. He's one of the best YACs in the NFL.

I was one of the people who believed Cotchery could not be a solid #1. So far in 09 he is proving me wrong.

Well, he couldn't have caught both. But he really sholda had the second pass. If he plants and leaps, it's a catch.

    I hope your joking.

Revis right now is the #1 CB in the league.

Cotchery is still not a true #1 WR. Stuckey is getting more coverage than him.

I am somewhat in the same place as you, but of course some of that notion was that Cotch is not a burner, and would not draw the double team from opponents. I think it great that he's doing well, but I still think those two caveats are real.
