I think it probably had more to do with being posted on Deadspin, but the same point applies. Am I the only person who thinks that this reflects really poorly on Leon Washington? I mean, what kind of judgment do you have when you entrust your career and your family's financial future to that guy?
It means he makes poor financial decisions. ...which has nothing to do with the fact that he's a crazy-good football player. If all the great football players with poor financial sense left the game, we'd have a league full of Brad Smith's.
