Bruschi was the heart of that D for a good number of years. His play declined over the last few years but as a Jets fan I'm happy to see him go.
He was a good Patriot. I never really hated him. Played clean and a good leader. (Unlike Harrison, who is trash).
fuck Bruschi...i have no doubt in my mind he was a 'roid user. if he had another stroke i wouldnt give a fuck.
I loved the look on his face when it was clear the Giants were going to win the SB. The Before Picture (celebrating when he was s-o-o-o-o-o-o sure NE had the game in the bag), and The After Picture (when he looked like he crapped in his pants).
So my friend drew a picture in school of Teddy Bruschi dying, the next day he almost did. Ever since then I've been kinda hesitant on hating him, but I'm glad to see him go.
You do realize it's just football, right? I'll admit, I don't take football very lightly, and I hate the guy as a player, but...it's just football. These are his children, by the way:
He was always a classy player. I never really hated him, it sucked that he played for the Pats, and he played damn good, but he was always a great, fair player. Too bad that it won?t show much in the Pats D to go from an declining Bruschi to Paris Lenon. Mayo took over the reigns already.
