Not in the least. What the heck does tackles mean? Many systems feed tackles to the mlb, I know Michigan's system does, a Michigan DL will never have good stats while the ILB's will make all the tackles even if they suck, which right now they do. So what. You think Mario Williams went 1st because of his stats?
Well, my #71 pick was to take Gocong... so I was right, he was picked there but he ended up in the wrong green uniform... Schlegel seems like an okay pick, but I think he could have been our #97 (because that safety we picked is the only true blemish on our day one) it was Eric Smith that we screwed the pooch with... he could have been had in round 6!

on whose draft board was he anywhere from picks 10-75. he was no where to be found until maybe the 4th,5th,& so on. that makes him a REACH.
i dont know i overreacted but its just boggling to me why a player who could be taken much later would be selected over the people available at that pick. Unfortunatley AJ Nicholson won't be drafted by our people due to character issues =/ If AJ hadn't screwed up before the season and after the season he was being projected as a 1st rounder. Though maybe Brian Cox will want to draft him and set him strait? Some of my 4th round dreams: Avant (WR), Washington (RB), Williams (WR), Nicholson (LB), Quadtrine Hill!!!! don't let the "4.71" 40 fool you... he's fast as hell and can catch and has moves + blocking ability (FB), Anwar Phillips (CB), Marcus Maxey (CB), MARCUS VICK for my own selfish madden wants lol(QB yah you know)
