Bart Scott ripping the ball from Brandon Jacobs grasp is one of the most impressive feats I've seen from the Jets in years. And Mark Sanchez avoiding the rush from three rabid Giants defenders and finding Stuckey at the 10 yard line wasn't so bad either.
The media better absorb the fact that the new stadium is called "New Meadowlands Stadium" not "New Giants Stadium".... It's pissing me off with these announcers calling it their stadium already. Nice package of highlights, too bad Gholston's hit wasn't in there.
A Good game from Stuckey and Sanchez but all those penalties ? Hopefully that shit stays in the pre-season. Scott ripping that ball outta Jacobs grips was just beastly.
I didn't see the game but for sanchez to have those stats against a top flight d in his second start makes it sound like he was unbelievable
We out played the Giants last night. Gholston is a complete bust. My grandmother could of made that sack. Sanchez looks AWESOME!!
Didn't get a chance to see the game, some were good, some were "ugh" highlights. Sanchez will do fine this year...not great, just fine. This team will gel together as they season goes... I've been a fan of Chansi eversince we drafted him. He will be a very big surprise this season.
Actually the new stadium has yet to be named and the Jets/Giants are still looking at all bids which should be between $20-30 Million a year for the naming rights...http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d810df205&template=without-video-with-comments&confirm=true
I don't understand why some are blasting Gholston on his 1st game with signs of improvement. What stood out most to me was his hustle. (OK Honestly it was him falling like a wounded Ostrich out ouf bounds). But seriously, this is the 1st game I'd seen him hustling. Even on his 1 tackle from behind 20 yds. down field. Last year, he wouldn't of even ran. Rex is in Effect and after reading Clowney's Twitter and all the head slaps he got after that Carr-Wreck of a sack he is getting support from team mates and it's starting to show on the field.
