What the author most likely meant was Second highest NUMBER of 4th quarter comebacks in history. There is no rating for comebacks. And thanks for backing up my argument with all these Marino stat records. Like I said, he was a stat machine.
It's all subjective. Just google "greatest QB ever" and you'll see. One writer had Marino as his #9 QB. I would say both Marino and Montana are def. top five.
