    JaMarcus Russell admitted Thursday that he didn't report to Raiders training camp in ideal physical condition.
    Will this guy ever get it? "I'm probably a little heavy," Russell acknowledged. "But I'm not 300 pounds like you all said last year." That's too bad, because the Raiders needed a left tackle to protect Jeff Garcia's blind side. Jul. 30 - 3:25 pm et

    Imagine a player that could play both offense and defense? Looks like the raiders have a QB and DT in Russell. I must say I am very jealous.

    rAiders secret weapoin this year .Make jAmarcus RusSell play a wildcat QB/RB/LT hybrid (let me exzplain), Russel lined up as Rb in wildcat formation culld run over anybody (see B.Jacobs). Add Dhb and you dont knwo if Russell going long or running it. Split MCFadden as WR on the other side and you've got 4-headed monster on the field. Who can stop it? Jets lbs' too slow. Scott (one-year wonder?), Harris (hurt much?), Pace (someone pass me the drugs?) Golhston (the gohst?).

    Another postiion for rusSell is TE/T. Noone on team understands importance of protecting the QBs blindside.russell does. If russell see opening as tE, he will disengage and find a soft spot in Jets weak zone coverage. split MCFadden out to the slot next to Schillenz an d youve got Championship team. Even if drop 10 back on coverage, Garcia will run the ball (4.50-40) for a first down every time.

    Hahaha...the nfl doenst stand a chance.

    I think at this point, his shape should be listed at 280 lbs and anything else is a change from normal.

    I have such mixed feelings about Russell, I loved him at LSU and want him to succeed but at the same time he acts like a knuckle head an plays for the Raiders
