If we took Hawk at #4, I may have become a Giants fan

Forget AJ Hawk or Vernon Davis....again, Ferguson better be Jonathan Ogden, and Walter Jones all rolled up into one.

Seems like alot of people forgot that Chad, Bollinger, Fiedler, and Vinny got hurt last year. We drafted a guy to help prevent that instead of drafting another guy to get killed behind the line. Good pick.

Da Brick will be a wall for us for the next decade. Leinart is just not a Mangini type guy.

Rebuilding the o line isn't even slightly exciting. Unfortunately, it's absolutely necessary.

No, the draft didn't turn into a disaster, it turned into a whinefest.

anyone who doubts this pick knows nothing about the mechanics of building a legit contending team.

you cant win without an oline-see last years jets....

yeah he actually needs to be a solid offensive tackle for a nice stretch of time. to say he has to be the greatest ot of all time is kinda foolish.

i wasnt terribly impressed with any of the top 10 this year and thought there was more HYPE than substance with alot of these guys. i can definitely see a number of these guys being busts (leinart, cutler, bush) and although i think davis and hawk will be very solid players we filled a much larger need than lb and te, i dont see hawk turning into lawrence taylor and we have very functional tes at this point.

offensive line is far more important to me and we definitely filled a huge need with one of the very best available players.

We should not have hired a waterboy as our coach. This guy had ONE season as a coordinator. No other NFL experience except picking up used jocks in Cleveland.

If it makes my team better, I'm excited.

    OL was our weakest link.

Taking 2 OL in the 1st round gives us 2 starters

There are things called Free Agency, and 3rd, 4th, and 5th round picks....I would love to look at the Pro Bowl offensive lineman from last season, and see where they were drafted...
