Pardon if this was already posted... As a Jets/Mets guy, I really enjoyed this week's "Where Are They Know" edition for the "09 years with Tom Seaver and Nolan Ryan on the cover. Not only was there a great article on the 69 Mets, but there's a feature on the AFL, and an article on the 1979 Alabama Football Team, spotlighting their defensive front four including one of our Sack Exchange DTs, #93... Mr. "givin' him the business" ...Marty Lyons. Check it out.
It involved rolling around on the ground with a guard underneath him with his helmet facedown in the mud. I think... He did that kind of thing on more than one occasion although that was the only time the ref actually used those terms when describing the penalty. Might have been a roughing the passer but I don't think so. Lyons was a great DT.
