i am disgusted. this is going to cost a SHIT TON of money, this is possibly the worst thing this team could do on a long term basis. and he isnt even ready to fucking play at this point.

they always say teams that trade up are retarded and they are correct.

this was a great move and i really don't care what any of you think. the jets brass are amazing. coleman was a mangini guy and mangini wanted elam. We forced a restricted tender only to give it back to them in a trade. We weren't going to carry four QBs and I'll miss ratliff but somehow, watching Sanchez play in Green will help me get over it.

 

This better work!

Our starting DE next year is Marques Douglas. He's a complete wash with Coleman, so losing Coleman is fine.

The FO sees Sanchez as a franchise QB, to get him and give up 2 backups, 1 average starter and a second round pick is a STEAL!! (You can't count the first, because we used it to get Sanchez)

The only way you can not like this is if you think Sanchez will not be a good pro. I'm not qualified to make that decision, but if the the FO thinks it's cool, then I'm feeling great!

 

At DE, I think there are plenty of players who could start their rookie year and play at Coleman's level.

 

I'm with you on this one - he'd better be superman for the money he will cost us!
